Christine Carder was a well-respected administrator in Ohio County Schools before she was selected as member of its board of education. Carder began her career in the Ohio County system as a teacher. She went on to serve as principal at Woodsdale Elementary School, Triadelphia Middle School and Wheeling Park High School. She was elected to the Ohio County Board of Education in May.
