The West Virginia Education Fund (Partnerships in Education) recognizes that education is a joint venture between school and communities. To set objectives which support school and curriculum goals.
To include a participative learning component.
To have a positive impact on students.
To utilize human resources as a basic element.
To conform to school and company policies.
To exhibit non-discriminiatory practices (i.e., race, creed, sex), and to respect human dignity.
For flexibility to characterize the relationship.
To create mutual relationship in which both parties share in the planning, implementation, accountability and benfits.
To share pertinent information with the West Virginia Education Fund staff on a regular basis so that others may benefit from our experiences.
