School Rules |

- Bus students are to follow the bus rules and are to ride their assigned bus to and from school. Exceptions will be staying for school activities or a note from a parent/guardian.
- Walkers are to obey all traffic rules for pedestrians and are to respect the property of others.
- Upon arrival, students are to report to the gym.
- Breakfast is served daily in the cafeteria. There will be no breakfast program when there is a two-hour delay.
- Upon entering the school the student must take absence notes or early dismissal notes to the main office on the second floor then proceed to their lockers. Students who arrive to school tardy need to sign-in at the main office.
- An agenda is required for every class. The initial agenda is provided without cost. Additional agendas must be purchased for $5.00
- Students are to use the restroom during class change. Teachers will excuse students for emergency use only.
- Textbooks are to be covered at all times.
- No gum is permitted at TMS. Any gum chewing will result in detention.
- Students are to be in their seat when the teacher closes the door. Three tardies in any one class during a grading period will result in a detention.
- Students will be respectful at all times to teachers, classmates, substitute teachers, and all TMS staff.
- Book bags/backpacks may be carried to and from school and kept in lockers during the school day. Book bags are not permitted in any classes.
- Any student must have a signed agenda to leave a classroom for any purpose. The time, destination, and teacher’s signature must be in the agenda for all students leaving the classroom other than at the end of a period.
- Trading cards and toys are not to be brought to school.
- Students who are absent from school or receive suspension or detentions are not permitted to participate in after school activities.
