State policy requires each child who needs medication at school at school to have a written doctors order on file Before Medication can be given. We are unable to medicate without doctors orders. Medication forms are sent home the first day of school or can be obtained in the school office. A parent or guardian is welcome to come to school and dispense of the drug until doctor’s orders are received.

Non-prescription and over the counter (OTC) medications are discouraged unless absolutely necessary to the students health. All medications need to be marked   with the student’s name, reason for medication, dosage, and time to be given.
