Bus Information for Band Camp

Band Camp Lunch Information
We will have catered lunches provided by Ye Olde Alpha at band camp, 3-7 and 10-11 August.. Lunch will be $5 per day per student if you wish to participate. You may of course bring your own lunch (including drink- no milk available). Menu forthcoming. You will need to indicate the first day of band camp which days you will be eating the catered lunch. See Mr. Alfred the first day of band camp if paying is a problem for you.
You may pay for all seven band camp lunches on the first day or you may pay daily. Checks made out to WPHS Band are just fine and cash in envelope marked with student name will also work. Whatever extra food will be sold $5 a person each day.
One bottle of water will be provided with lunch. Water refill stations are provided in the bandroom on the West End of the Music Department Lobby (across from the drum room) and also on the South/main hallway corner of the WPHS Food Court.
Bottled water is not provided for the practice field. Bring your own refillable water jug, bottle, cooler, etc.
